In January of 2018 we installed a new entry system into the Coleta Sportsmen’s Club. The gate entrance at the Archery Club House and the Rifle & Pistol Range now have an electronic lock systems. These locks utilize a swipe type of key card. All you need to do is wave your key card in front of the device and it will automatically unlock the gate. This new system has been put in place to avoid needing to send back your old keys and exchange for a new key.
Your electronic key card will continue to work year to year as long as you pay your dues. The key card will be deactivated if you have not paid by February 28. If your card has been deactivated, the card will not instantly work. We physically have to go to the gate to reactivate it. It may take up to a month for it to be reactivated. If you need an active card sooner than this, you will need to renew your membership at Rigler’s during their business hours or at the Trap House on Thursday during Trap Shooting. Please give them the deactivated card and they will give you an active card.
If you do not plan to renew your membership please return the electronic key card listed to one of the locations listed at the bottom of this page.
