We are planning a new event this year! Deer Camp & 3D Archery Shoot

Come camp with us starting Friday September 11 thru Sunday September 13, 2026. You do not need to be a member to camp this weekend. We will do a couple night 3D Archery Shoots, our normal 3D Archery Shoot, food, sportsmen’s sale, play bags, and just hang out!

Camping:

  • Camping:
    • You do not need to shoot archery to come camp & hangout
    • Please pre-register for spots with Electricity by contacting Dallon 815-213-8091. There are limited spots available
      • Members: Spots with electricity are $15 per night
      • Members: Spots with no electricity are free
      • Non-Members: Spots with or without electricity are $25 per night
      • You can arrive as early as 3pm on Friday. If you are a member, you may setup earlier, just ask Dallon where you should park so we have room for everyone.
  • 3D Day Shoot:
    • Dates:
      • Saturday 9/12/26 shooting hours will be 7a – 2p
      • Sunday 9/13/26 shooting hours will be 7a – 1pWe will be setting up a little different for this shoot.
    • 3D Setup:
      • 15 targets will be placed on the west side of the club (across creek) throughout the timber and trails like usual.
      • 15 targets will be placed together on the other side of the pond like you would shoot an indoor shoot. We are hoping this will make a fun experience for everyone to shoot together.
      • Price:
        • Members $15
        • Non-Members $20
        • Kids 12yrs & younger $5 (whether member or not)
        • Kids 13-18yrs $15 (whether member or not)
  • 3D Coon (Night) Shoot:
    • We will be starting at 7p on Friday 9/11 & Saturday 9/12.
    • The shoot will consist of 2 person teams and a flashlight. It will be $20 a team, 15 targets, and there will be a 50% payout to the highest scoring team. Regular 3D scoring format. Each shooter holds the flashlight for the other team member to shoot. At least 2 teams per target scoring the opposing teams arrows.
  • Breakfast Saturday & Sunday 7a – Noon:
    • Everyone is welcome for breakfast, whether you shoot archery or not.
    • Adults & Kids 11yrs & older $10
    • Kids under 11yrs $5
  • Supper Saturday 4p-6p
    • We will have food available, items & price to be announced later
  • Sportsmens Sale Saturday 7a – 2p:
    • Do you have items your looking to sell? Fishing, Hunting, Archery, etc?
      • Bring your items to lay out on a table. We will charge $10 per table used
      • We will tag your items with your name and have a corresponding envelope to place your money in.
      • Set out your items and we will take the money at the registration table. At the end of the event you can come back and pick up any left over items and your money from items sold.
  • Play bags & hang out Saturday 3p-6p
    • We will set up bags boards so we can all sit around, play, and talk about our upcoming deer hunts!
